Ιn the morning we drive to the eastern part of the White Mountains in the village Kallikratis at 750 m above the sea level. Here it is a must to taste a local cheese pie (Sfakian pita), wich will give you power before starting walking. From this village the trip goes through the gorge towards the coast, which is one of the most authentic canyon of Crete. At the end we can enjoy our lunch in the village of Kapsodasos, containing local recipes.
